Our charming studio space has transformed into an intimate event space, available to rent for your special gathering. Whether you are hosting a micro-wedding, a rehearsal dinner, a business meeting, a cozy bridal or baby shower, a crafty workshop, or a stylish soiree, our space is designed to bring your vision to life.
- Host up to 24 guests in our beautifully curated space located near downtown Southington.
- Chairs and tables are included for a seamless setup.
- Adjacent prep space is available for caterer or your personal use.
- A moveable bar (on casters) makes serving drinks and small bites very easy.
- There is off-street parking for 6 vehicles and ample on-street parking for your convenience.
- The shop is handicapped accessible via a ramp and there is an accessible bathroom.

Booking Details
Book our warm and inviting event space today and make your vision a reality!
Weekend bookings are for up to 6 hours inclusive of your setup and cleanup time. You are invited to bring in outside food or catering for your event.
- 2 hour minimum booking $300
- Additional hours $100/hour
- 6 hour booking $600

To reserve the event space there is a non-refundable deposit payment of $150 to hold the date for you.
Payment of full balance is due 10 days prior to your booked date.
Payment can be made by check, cash, or credit card. If paying by cash or check, you must also keep a credit card on file for incidental charges or damages.
We also charge a cleaning fee of $50 upfront to cover basic cleaning after your event.
Your rental total minus the $150 deposit will be refunded by check if cancellation is made 7 full days in advance of your rental reservation.
